순두부 매콤 덮밥

[순 두부 덮밥재료]
순두부 1/2개, 돼지고기 100g, 배추김치 1/2컵, 양파 1/4개, 청양고추 1개, 홍고추 1/2개, 다진마늘 1 작은술, 생강 약간, 참기름 1 큰술, 밥 1
[양념 재료]
설탕 1 작은술, 고춧가루 1 작은술, 진간장 1 큰술, 두 반장 대체 (고추장) 1/2 작은술, 물 3 큰술, 후춧가루 약간, 참기름 약간
조리순서Steps
양파,대파,고추는 송송 썰어주고, (후춧가루, 참기름) 을 뺀 분량의 양념장을 만들어 주세요
돼지고기는 앞다리살로 했는데요 부위는 상관 없어도 될듯해요~ 고기는 생강 약간 , 소금 약간, 후춧가루 약간 넣고 밑간해주고, 순두부는 스푼으로 3등분 정도로 잘라 주었어요
달군 팬에 참기름 1큰술 넣고 밑간한 고기를 익혀주고, 다음 김치 넣고 중불에서 김치와 고기를 완전히 익힌다음
양파, 대파, 고추 넣고 섞이게 하고

중불~약불

순두부 와 양념장을 넣고 한 번 섞어주세요
뚜껑 덮고 약불에서 약 1분정도 끓여주고, 마지막에 후춧가루, 참기름 약간 넣고 마무리합니다
그릇에 밥 담고 순두부 짜글이 올려 줍니다
